American savoury pancakes
For 8 pancakes

- 25g of butter
- 300g of milk
- 2 eggs
- 200g of whole wheat flour
- 10g of baking powder
- 1/2 cac of salt

PREPARATION
- In a bowl, combine the flour, salt and baking powder.
- Add the milk, mix well.
- Stir in the eggs and mix again.
- Melt the butter.
- Pour the melted butter over the pancake batter and whisk vigorously to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
- Butter a non-stick pan (ideally a pancake pan) and place on high heat.
- When hot, pour a small ladle of pancake batter.
- Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake. Slide a spatula under the pancake, turn it over and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Serve pancakes with fried eggs, grilled bacon, pan-fried mushrooms and guacamole-crushed avocado.
