Avocado toast and glazed mushrooms

- 2 large slices of sourdough bread
- 120g cottage cheese
- 1 avocado
- The juice of half a lime
- 20 small Paris mushrooms cut in 4
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 tsp of cream of balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper

PREPARATION
- Crush the avocado with a fork. Season with salt and pepper and add the lime juice. Mix.
- In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms. When they start to lose their water, add the olive oil and cook for 5 minutes while mixing.
- At the end of cooking, add the vinegar cream and glaze the mushrooms for 1 minute while stirring.
- On each slice of bread, place a layer of smashed avocado, one layer of cottage cheese and place the glazed mushrooms on the top.
