Preparation time: 15 minutes – Resting time : 1h – Cooking time : 12 à 15 minutes

  • 100 g buckwheat flour
  • 100 g chestnut flour
  • 80 g dark chocolate
  • 100 g butter in cubes
  • 1/2 pack of vanilla sugar
  • 60 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. à c. baking soda

PREPARATION

  • Sieve the 2 flours with baking soda.
  • Add the 2 sugars, the egg, and the butter and form an homogeneous ball.

  • Roll the dough (18-20 cm long) and wrap into a plastic film.

  • Reserve in the fridge at least for 1h.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place the roll of dough on a table and slice it with a knife.

  • Lay down the biscuits on a plate covered with a baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Take out of the oven and let cool completely on a grill.

  • Let cool and harden.
