Biscuits with chestnut flour (GF)
For 20 biscuits
Preparation time: 15 minutes – Resting time : 1h – Cooking time : 12 à 15 minutes

- 100 g buckwheat flour
- 100 g chestnut flour
- 80 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter in cubes
- 1/2 pack of vanilla sugar
- 60 g brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 c. à c. baking soda

PREPARATION
- Sieve the 2 flours with baking soda.
- Add the 2 sugars, the egg, and the butter and form an homogeneous ball.
- Roll the dough (18-20 cm long) and wrap into a plastic film.
- Reserve in the fridge at least for 1h.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Place the roll of dough on a table and slice it with a knife.
- Lay down the biscuits on a plate covered with a baking sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and let cool completely on a grill.
- Melt the chocolate.
- Dip the biscuits into the chocolate, one by one and on one side.
- Let cool and harden.
- Keep the biscuits in a metal box.
