Breakfast in a jar
For 2 jars

- 4 slices of pineapple
- 12 strawberries
- 12 raspberry
- 200g frozen fruits of your choice (I chose strawberries)
- 1 glass of milk (cow, almond, rice, … )
- 330ml coconut milk
- 1 à 2 càs honey
- 1 large tbsp of chia seeds
- some almonds
- some coconut chips

PREPARATION
- Prepare in a bowl the chia seed pudding by mixing with a whisk 1 tbsp honey, coconut milk and chia seeds . Refrigerate 30 minutes , time that chia seeds swell and the pudding solidifies.
- Meanwhile, cut the pineapple and fresh strawberries into pieces.
- Roast the pieces of almonds in the oven for 10 min at 170 ° on a baking sheet and let cool .
- Prepare the smoothie by mixing in a blender frozen strawberries with the glass of milk and set aside. Add a tbsp of honey if you like.
- In 2 jars, depose a layer of pineapple , strawberries and raspberries.
- Cover with chia seeds pudding.
- Add a layer of pineapple, strawberries and raspberries. The 2 jars must be filled to 3/4.
- Pour the smoothie in the jars.
- Sprinkle with almond and coconut chips.
Your breakfast in a jar are ready to be enjoyed ! You can quite prepare the night before and keep them cool with the lid to taste the next morning. I suggest you just add the almonds and coconut just before serving.
