PREPARATION
- Start by sanding the butter and flour
- Add salt, hazelnut powder, sugar and eggs until dough become homogeneous
- Wrap in a film and let it rest in the refrigerator during one hour
- Spread the dough about 7 mm height and cut out equal rectangles.
- Place on a plate and brush with egg yolk
- Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °
