Gluten Free Brownie

Gluten Free Brownie
Ingrédients
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup coconut sugar or brown
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup coconut flour
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine the coconut oil and cocoa powder in a small pan and melt.
  3. Combine the eggs, coconut sugar, milk and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Add chocolate mixture to egg mixture in the bowl.
  5. Add coconut flour and mix well.
  6. Grease a square baking dish (or place a baking sheet inside) and pour batter into the dish.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes.
