  • 120g rice
  • 120g of lentils mix (available in organic store)
  • 100g peas
  • 150g raw salmon
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 handfuls of mixed salad
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 10 thin slices of cucumber
  • 10 mozzarella balls
  • Tahini sauce: 1 tbsp Tahini, 2 tbsp greek yogurt, salt, pepper and chives
  • French dressing: 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp water, 1 tbsp water, a bit of wasabi, 1tbsp sweet soy sauce, 1 tbsp red basaltic vinegar, salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  • Cook rice, lentil mixture and peas.
  • Cut the raw salmon into thin slices.
  • Cut avocado into chunks , cherry tomatoes into 4. Add salt and pepper on the avocado, the cherry tomatoes and mozzarella.
  • Cut the lettuce into thin strips.
  • Prepare Tahini sauce by mixing all ingredients.
  • Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing all the ingredients.

  • In a pretty bowl , place all ingredients in small quantities , alternating colors : green salad, bed of rice , lentils, salmon, cucumber , cherry tomatoes mixed with mozzarella , avocado, peas .
