Spirulina buns
For 8 buns

- 10g of salt
- 25g of sugar
- 4 tbsp. spirulina soleilvie
- 200ml lukewarm water
- 75ml lukewarm milk
- 1 whole egg
- 30g soft butter
- Seeds of your choice (sesame, poppy …)

PREPARATION
- In the bowl of the robot, pour the flour, salt, yeast and sugar then spirulina
- Add water and warmed milk as well as the egg and knead for a few minutes.
- When the dough starts to form a ball add the butter in pieces.
- Knead again for a few minutes.
- Make a ball then let rise for 1h30 to 2h until it doubles in volume by covering the bowl with a clean towel.
- Once the time is up, knead quickly the dough.
- Cut the dough into 8 equal parts (100g per ball approx.) And shape into a ball.
- Lay down the buns on a plate spaced 5 cm apart and leave for 5 minutes.
- Flatten them and let them inflate for 1h30 by covering them with a clean cloth.
- Heat the oven to 200 ° C.
- Brush the bread with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. or poppy seeds.
- Cook for 15 minutes until the crust of bread is cooked.
- Cool the buns on a rack.
