Soft apple and chocolate cake

Preparation time : 20 min, Cooking time : 60 min

- 4 apples
- 4 whole eggs
- 320g of flour
- 1 pack of baking powder
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 50g brown sugar
- 4 tbsp of chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp of liquid vanilla or vanilla powder
- 60 ml hazelnut oil
- 120ml milk
- 2 tbsp of rum

PREPARATION
- Grate the apples using a coarse grater.
- Mix the sugar with the flour and the yeast.
- Mix the eggs with honey, milk, vanilla, rum and oil.
- Add the grated apples to this liquid part.
- Pour the liquid part into the dry part and mix.
- Pour half of the dough into an oiled cake pan.
- Add the chocolate chips over the entire length.
