Soft apple and chocolate cake

  • 4 apples
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 320g of flour
  • 1 pack of baking powder
  • 2 tbsp of honey
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp of chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp of liquid vanilla or vanilla powder
  • 60 ml hazelnut oil
  • 120ml milk
  • 2 tbsp of rum

PREPARATION

  • Grate the apples using a coarse grater.
  • Mix the sugar with the flour and the yeast.
  • Mix the eggs with honey, milk, vanilla, rum and oil.
  • Add the grated apples to this liquid part.
  • Pour the liquid part into the dry part and mix.
  • Pour half of the dough into an oiled cake pan.
  • Add the chocolate chips over the entire length.
  • Pour the second half of the dough.
  • Put in a hot oven at 180 ° for 30 minutes then lower the oven to 150 ° for 30 minutes more
  • Cover with aluminum foil if the cake browns too quickly.
