Chocolate Lava Cake
For 12 Lava Cakes
Preparation time: 10 min, Refrigeration time : 30 min, Cooking time: 8 min

- 5 eggs
- 100g flour
- 125g sugar, only 80g for me
- 250g butter
- 350g chocolate

PREPARATION
- Melt the chocolate in a bain marie with the butter.
- In a big bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until having a light and frothy mix.
- Add the flour and mix again.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix again until having an homogenous mixture.
- Place the mixture in the fridge for 30 min or until the moment you want to bake your cakes to eat them.
- Preheat the oven on 200°C.
- Butter the muffins tin and pour the dough.
- Bake 8 minutes.
- Take out of the oven, let cool a few minutes and take out of the mould carefully.
- Your lava cakes are ready to run on your plate!
