Chocolate Lava Cake

For 12 Lava Cakes

Preparation time: 10 min, Refrigeration time : 30 min, Cooking time: 8 min

  • 5 eggs
  • 100g flour
  • 125g sugar, only 80g for me
  • 250g butter
  • 350g chocolate

PREPARATION

  • Melt the chocolate in a bain marie with the butter.
  • In a big bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar with an electric mixer until having a light and frothy mix.
  • Add the flour and mix again.

  • Add the melted chocolate and mix again until having an homogenous mixture.

  • Place the mixture in the fridge for 30 min or until the moment you want to bake your cakes to eat them.

  • Preheat the oven on 200°C.
  • Butter the muffins tin and pour the dough.

  • Bake 8 minutes.
  • Take out of the oven, let cool a few minutes and take out of the mould carefully.
