Clafoutis with apricots

  • 3 to 5 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • 2 tbsp orange blossom

PREPARATION

  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  • Wash and cut the apricots in half and remove the kernel.
  • In a bowl mix the egg, sugar, cream and sifted flour in the blender.
