Double chocolate fudge cookies

For 10 large cookies

  • 1 cup chocolate 55% KAOKA
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup + 3 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp powder of cacao   KAOKA
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar in powder
  • 2 large eggs at room temperature
  • 2 tbsp cream or whole milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips KAOKA

PREPARATION

  • Preheat oven to 160°C.
  • Melt the chocolate 55% with the butter in the microwave or use a bain-marie.
  • In a bowl of a mixer, whisk together the flour, the cacao powder, the baking powder and salt.
  • Add the sugar, the eggs, the milk or the cream and the vanilla extract.
  • Mix in the robot at speed 1 until everything is just combined.

  • Fold in the chocolate/ butter mixture and the milk chocolate chips into the batter, stirring until everything is just combined.

  • On a plate covered with a baking sheet, scoop 1/4 cupfuls of the batter.

  • Place pan in the oven and reduce heat to 150°C degrees.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Allow cookies to completely cool on the baking sheet before serving.
