Budwig cream

For 2 bowls

Preparation time: 10 min

  • 2 tbsp of flaxseed
  • 2 tbsp of pumpkin seeds
  • 20 raw almonds,
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 yogurt
  • 2 tsp of wheat germ
  • 2 tbsp of juice lemon
  • Honey
  • Pollen
  • Hazelnuts

PREPARATION

  • Mix together the flaxseed and pumpkin seeds and almonds.
  • In each bowl:
  • Mash a banana (keep a few slices for each banana for decoration) and add 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  • Add a yoghurt, half of the seeds and ground almonds (keep a little mixture ground for decoration), 1 tsp of wheat germ and mix.
  • Pour honey, place some hazelnuts, banana slices, ground mixture and some pollen.
