  • 40g of coconut oil
  • 100g of flour
  • 20 g brown sugar
  • 30 g of nuts mixture

PREPARATION

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • Prepare the crumble by mixing the flour, brown sugar, coarsely crushed nuts and coconut oil.
  • Mix with your fingertips and spread on a plate covered with baking paper. Bake for 10 minutes or until the crumble begins to brown.
  • Open the plums in two, pit them.
  • In a saucepan, pour the water and add the honey.
  • Bring to a boil for 5 minutes while stirring to dissolve the honey.
  • Reduce the heat, add the plums and simmer over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let the plums rest in the syrup for 5 minutes.
  • Pour plums into a jar and sprinkle them with syrup
  • Place 1 tbsp of double cream in each plate and arrange the plums with a little syrup.
  • Sprinkle some crumble, sprinkle with basil leaves and serve without waiting
