Energy balls

For 40 energy balls

Preparation time: 20 min

  • 32 large dates (or 64 small)
  • 125g cashew nuts
  • 225g almonds
  • 4 tbsp of raw cocoa
  • 2 tbsp of liquid vanilla
  • Topping: raw cocoa, sesame seeds, coconut, moringa powder, dry pitaya powder

PREPARATION

  • Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor (except the ingredients for the topping)
  • Mix the whole ingredients until they agglomerate and are coarsely chopped.

  • Take small amounts of dough, the equivalent of a tablespoon and roll the dough between the palms of your hands.

  • Repeat the operation until the dough is used up.

  • Roll each ball in the coating of your choice.

  • The balls can be kept in a cool and dry place in glass jars or airtight boxes for a week. They can also be frozen.
