Energy balls
For 40 energy balls

- 32 large dates (or 64 small)
- 125g cashew nuts
- 225g almonds
- 4 tbsp of raw cocoa
- 2 tbsp of liquid vanilla
- Topping: raw cocoa, sesame seeds, coconut, moringa powder, dry pitaya powder

PREPARATION
- Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor (except the ingredients for the topping)
- Mix the whole ingredients until they agglomerate and are coarsely chopped.
- Take small amounts of dough, the equivalent of a tablespoon and roll the dough between the palms of your hands.
- Repeat the operation until the dough is used up.
- Roll each ball in the coating of your choice.
- The balls can be kept in a cool and dry place in glass jars or airtight boxes for a week. They can also be frozen.
