How about a pork tenderloin with Asian flavours? To bring some punch to this quite traditional Sunday recipe, I made a marinade and a gravy made from wasabi , honey sauce and sweet soy . The whole preparation is baked in this juice so that the pork is softened by the marinade. A real treat!
Pork filet mignon with vegetables

- 400g pork filet mignon
- 2 large carrots
- 1 large zucchini
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 apple
- few knobs of butter

Marinade

- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tsp wasabi
- Salt and pepper

Sauce

- 5 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper

PREPARATION
- Cut the tenderloin in half and place in a large and deep serving bowl.
- In a bowl, prepare the marinade by mixing honey, sweet soy sauce, wasabi, salt and pepper.
- Pour the marinade on the tenderloin. Add salt and pepper.
- Film the dish and place in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Prepare the sauce by mixing in a bowl sweet soy sauce , wasabi, oil , salt and pepper.
- Cut potatoes into cubes , vegetables into sticks and apples into quarters .
- Remove the tenderloin from the fridge, Mix together the remaining marinade with the sauce.
- Place the tenderloin in a baking dish .
- Place the vegetables and potatoes around and pour the sauce over the vegetables .
- Add salt and pepper and place a few knobs of butter over meet and vegetables.
- Bake in a heated oven at 240°C for 15 minutes in up position.
- Turn the tenderloin and pour sauce on it. Bake again for 15 minutes.
- Lower the oven temperature at 200°C bake for 10 minutes. Bast meat with sauce.
- Slice the tenderloin and serve warm with the vegetables.
