Chocolate fondant with light cream

Preparation time: 15 min, cooking time: 30 to 35 min

  • 250g light liquid cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 100g caster sugar
  • 90g flour

PREPARATION

  • Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain marie.
  • Add the liquid cream to the melted chocolate and mix until a smooth mixture is obtained.
  • Beat the eggs with the sugar.
  • Add the flour, the chocolate / cream mixture and mix.
  • Butter a cake mold or a missing mold and pour the preparation into it.
  • Bake and cook for 30 to 35 minutes.
  • Watch the cooking for the last 10 minutes. The tip of a knife should come out almost clean.
  • Unmould when the cake has cooled completely.
