No gluten Chocolate cake without butter

- 200g chocolate at 70% cacao
- 2 eggs
- 80g sugar
- 90g powder of hazelnuts
- 90g apple sauce / apple compote
- 1/2 baking powder

PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Melt the chocolate in bain marie.
- In a bowl, stir the eggs with sugar.
- Add the powder of hazelnuts, the apple compote and the baking powder. Stir together.
- Add the melted chocolate and mix.
- Pour in a baking dish covered with a baking paper and bake for 25 minutes.
