French toast

- 6 slices of brioche
- 100 ml of milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 bags of vanilla sugar
- 25g of butter

PREPARATION
- In a rectangular dish mix eggs, milk and sugar.
- Dip each slice of brioche successively in the previous mixture on each side soaking 30 seconds on each side.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter and cook each slice of brioche on each side until you get a nice golden color.
- Serve with a drizzle of honey, a few fruits and a tablespoon of Gruyère cream.
