Fusilli with vegan pea cream

- 200g of raw fusilli
- 1 handful of frozen peas
- 20 cashew nuts
- 50ml of hot water
- Salt and pepper

PREPARATION
- Cook pasta al dente according to the direction on the packet
- During this time, cook in boiling salted water the peas for 8 minutes.
- Drain the peas and place them in the bowl of a mixer.
- Add the cashews and hot water.
- Add salt and pepper and mix all until obtaining a peas cream.
- Drain the pasta and put back in the pan.
- Add 2/3 of the cream and stir all together over soft fire.
- Serve in 2 bowls and add a large spoon of peas cream on each bowls.
