Healthy chocolate cake (GF)

- 200g of 70% cacao chocolate
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1⁄2 tsp soda baking
- 200g pitted dates
- 3 large eggs
- 4 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180 C.
- In a blender, chop the chocolate with the cacao powder and the baking soda until obtaining a thin sandy texture.
- Add the pitted dates and mix again.
- Add the eggs and mix.
- Then add the coconut oil and the vanilla and mix.
- Transfer the mixture in a 20 x 20 cm mould de diamètre covered with a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes until cake tester inserted in centre comes out clean.
- Cool completely.
You can sprinkle some cacao powder on the top of the cake and cut it in larges squares.
