Brownie Waffles (without butter)

  • 200g apple sauce
  • 50g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 50g flour

PREPARATION

  • Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or microwave.
  • In the bowl of a robot equipped with whisk, beat the eggs with the sugar until the mixture whitens.
  • Then add the flour.
  • Stir in the melted chocolate and the compote.
  • Pour a large ladle of dough into the warm waffle iron and cook for a few minutes.
  • Continue until the dough is finished.
