Grab & Go blueberries oatmeal

  • 125g blueberries
  • 1 tbsp açaí
  • 2 plain yogurt with soy
  • 5 tbsp of oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp of chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 banana

PREPARATION

  • In a blender, mix the blueberries with the yogurts.
  • Pour into a bowl and mix with acai, oatmeal, chia seeds and honey.
  • Allow to swell for 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Cut the banana into slices.
  • In 2 verrines, stick the banana slices on the walls.
  • Pour in each verrine the blueberry mixture and let it soak overnight.
  • Enjoy the next morning.
