- 1 handful of baby spinach
- 1 medjool date
- 1 pear
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp of oats
- 250ml almond milk
- Some chia seeds

PREPARATION
- Add all the ingredients in a blender (except the chia seeds) et mix for 30 secondes.
- Stop and mix again 30 secondes.
- Pour in a glass and sprinkle with chia seeds.
