Green spinach soup
For 4 people
Preparation time: 10 min, cooking time: 15 min

- 100g of baby spinach
- 50g of onions
- 100g of potatoes
- 500g of water
- 20ml of olive oil
- 1 stock cube
- Salt
- Pepper
- Toasted buckwheat seeds (kasha)

PREPARATION
- In a casserole saute the chopped onion in olive oil for a few minutes.
- Add spinach and peeled potato cut into large pieces.
- Pour the water and add the broth and bring to a boil.
- Lower the heat and cook for 15 minutes.
- Mix together and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve in bowls and sprinkle with some toasted buckwheat seeds.
