Homemade granola with chocolate chips
Preparation time : 10 min, cooking time: 20 min

- 200g oats
- 100g chocolate chips
- 50g cashew nuts
- 50g almonds
- 40g grated coconut
- 75g honey
- 20g coconut oil
- 1 vanilla bean
- 1/2 tsp salt

PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 160°C.
- Chop the cashew nuts.
- In a bowl mix together all the ingredients except the coconut oil, honey and chocolate chips.
- In a saucepan, heat the coconut oil over low heat. When the coconut is liquid add the honey and stir until combined. Pour over the previous mixture.
- Spread with a thin layer on a plate covered with a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes and stir every 10 min.
- Leave to cool and when the granola is completely cold add the chocolate chips.
- Pour in an airtight jar.
