We continue the Lunch Box series with a new preparation full of colour, healthy and that do not require much time to prepare. If you missed the Lunch Box # 1 , you can find it here: Lunch Box n°1 . This is an opportunity for me to reuse my bento mint from monbento.
Lunch Box n°2 full of colours
Preparation time: 5 min, Cooking time: 10 min

- 100g cooked rice
- 1/2 avocado
- 50g sweet potato
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Chives
- 50g minced pork
- salt and pepper
- 1 tsp sweet soja sauce
- 1/2 orange
- Some lettuce leaves
- 1 pinch of pumpkin seeds
- 1 pinch of gomasio
- 2 tbsp honey dressing:
- 30g hazelnut oil
- 20g cider vinegar
- 10g water
- 5g mustard
- 15g honey
- Salt and pepper

PREPARATION
- In a non stick frying pan fry the chopped pork until lightly coloured. Add salt and pepper. Reserve.
- Cut sweet potato into small stick and brown in skillet 5 min. Add salt and pepper. Reserve.
- Slice the avocado and prepare the orange supremes.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients in a small jar (150g). Nb: You can keep this dressing in the fridge and use it for next times.
- In your bento, place the cooked rice.
- Then place the minced pork and pour the sweet soja sauce over.
- Lay down the slices of sweet potato, avocado and orange suprêmes.
- Sprinkle with chives.
- In your second container, place the lettuce leaves cut in pieces.
- Place some orange suprêmes d’orange and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and gomasio.
- Pour the dressing in the small container of your bento.
