Vegan marble cake

PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 160 ° C and oil a cake mold.
- Prepare the vanilla part:
- In a bowl, mix together the vanilla soy yoghurt, vanilla, oil and sugar.

- Marbling and cooking:
- Pour a third of the vanilla mixture at the bottom of the mold and evenly spread the whole over the entire surface, for top half of the chocolate mixture (without going to the edges).
- Continue pouring the second third of vanilla dough above, then do the same with the last half of chocolate paste and finish by putting the last third of the vanilla mixture on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Regularly check the cooking with the blade of a knife, it must come out dry.
