Mini roasted zucchinis, cherry tomatoes and Manouri

- 400g mini zucchinis
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- 100g manouri (greek cheese, close to Feta cheese but a bit harder)
- 1 handful of pumpkin seeds
- 1 rosemary stick
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil

PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Wash the zucchinis and cherry tomatoes.
- Oil a baking dish and lay down the zucchinis and the cherry tomatoes split in 4.
- Sprinkle with the crumbled Manouri and the pumpkin seeds.
- Put over the rosemary stick.
- Pour a trickle of on the vegetables.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Bake for 25 minutes until zucchinis become tender.
