Muffins are really easy to make. The key to have perfect muffins is to mix all the solid ingredients on one side and the liquid ingredients on the other side. Then you will stir the 2 mixtures together but not too much! Muffin preparation is ready, you just have to bake it and to taste this delicious chocolate chips muffins!
Chocolate chips muffins
For 9 muffins
Preparation time: 10 min, Cooking time: 20 à 25 min

- 110g brown sugar
- 1 pack vanilla sugar
- 200g flour
- 120ml milk
- 100g butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 150g chocolate chips/crunch
- 1 pinch of salt

PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, mix the liquid ingredients together: eggs, melted butter, milk.
- In an other bowl, mix the solid ingredients: sugar, flour, baking powder, salt et chocolate chips.
- Pour the liquid mix into the solid mix. Stir with a wooden spatula/spoon rapidly and roughly.
- In a muffins tin lined with baking paper (cut 14x14cm squares, in the center draw a 5cm cercle and fold the paper 4 times around this cercle). Pour the mixture into the baking papers with an ice cream spoon.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, watching the cooking around this time. Muffins are ready when they are soft.
- Out of the oven, let the muffins cool a bit before taking them out of the mould.
I sprinkled chocolate leaves on the top of my muffins when they were still warm so the chocolate has just melted as desired and gave a prefect decoration.
