For 8 large muffins

  • 75g cacao powder KAOKA
  • 190g sugar
  • 170g flour
  • 150g milk
  • 150g butter
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1,5 tsp baking powder
  • 0,5 tsp baking soda
  • 150g chocolate chunks

PREPARATION

  • Preheat oven on 190°C.
  • In a big bowl, mix the eggs, the cacao powder, the sugar, the milk and the melted butter.
  • Add the flour and mix again.
  • Add chocolate chunks.
  • Finally add the baking powder and the baking soda and mix well.

  • Pour the mixture in a muffins tin covered with paper small boxes.

Muffins double chocolat

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  • Muffins are ready when they are soft when touching them.
  • Take out of the oven and allow to cool few minutes before taking out of the mould.
