Double chocolate muffins
For 8 large muffins
Preparation time: 10min, Baking time: 25 à 30 min

- 75g cacao powder KAOKA
- 190g sugar
- 170g flour
- 150g milk
- 150g butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1,5 tsp baking powder
- 0,5 tsp baking soda
- 150g chocolate chunks

PREPARATION
- Preheat oven on 190°C.
- In a big bowl, mix the eggs, the cacao powder, the sugar, the milk and the melted butter.
- Add the flour and mix again.
- Add chocolate chunks.
- Finally add the baking powder and the baking soda and mix well.
- Pour the mixture in a muffins tin covered with paper small boxes.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Muffins are ready when they are soft when touching them.
- Take out of the oven and allow to cool few minutes before taking out of the mould.
