Power chocolate, oats and banana muffins
For 9 muffins
Preparation time: 10 min, Cooking time: 20 min

- 2 ripe bananas
- 120g sugar
- 120g organic apple sauce without sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract Cook
- 100g whole flour
- 60g cocoa powder Kaoka
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 100g oats
- chocolate crunch to decorate the top of the muffins

PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to180°C
- Place the bananas in a bowl and mash them.
- Add sugar, apple sauce, oil and vanilla extract.
- Mix until combined and smooth.
- Add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, salt and oats. Mix until everything is just combined, do not over mix.
- In a muffins tin, place 9 muffins case and pour the mixture until 3/4.
- Sprinkle with oats and some chocolate crunch.
- Bake 20 minutes until a knife get out clean.
- Let cool completely on a grid.
These muffins are perfect for a snack or breakfast to book your energy!
