Chocolate pancakes

  • 50g butter
  • 300g milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 30g sugar
  • 200g flour
  • 40g cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp chocolate chips
  • 10g baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt

PREPARATION

  • In a bowl, combine the flour, the cocoa powder, the chocolate chips, the salt and the baking powder.
  • Add the milk, mix well.
  • Stir in the eggs and mix again.
  • Melt the butter.
  • Pour the melted butter over the pancake batter and whisk vigorously to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
  • Butter a non-stick pan (ideally a pancake pan) and place on high heat.
  • When hot, pour a small ladle of pancake batter.
  • Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake.
  • Slide a spatula under the pancake, turn it over and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
