Chocolate pancakes

- 50g butter
- 300g milk
- 2 eggs
- 30g sugar
- 200g flour
- 40g cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips
- 10g baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt

PREPARATION
- In a bowl, combine the flour, the cocoa powder, the chocolate chips, the salt and the baking powder.
- Add the milk, mix well.
- Stir in the eggs and mix again.
- Melt the butter.
- Pour the melted butter over the pancake batter and whisk vigorously to obtain a homogeneous preparation.
- Butter a non-stick pan (ideally a pancake pan) and place on high heat.
- When hot, pour a small ladle of pancake batter.
- Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake.
- Slide a spatula under the pancake, turn it over and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
