Crispy and extra soft pizza dough
For 2 large pizza
Preparation time: 20 min, rest time: 2 hours

- 650 g flour
- 21 g crumbled yeast
- 1.5 tsp coarse salt
- 435 g cold water
- 1 tbsp oil

PREPARATION
- Put all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and knead until you get a soft, elastic and sticky dough.
- Once the dough has formed, separate the dough in 2 and put each dough in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap in contact with the pasta. Attention it will swell!
- Leave to rise for approximately 2 hours at room temperature.
- At the end of this time, spread each dough on a baking sheet covered with a little flour, leaving a thickness around the edges.
- Leave to rise for another 10 minutes.
- Garnish and cook 9 to 10 min in an oven at 300 degrees (or at its maximum)
