Crispy and extra soft pizza dough

For 2 large pizza

  • 21 g crumbled yeast
  • 1.5 tsp coarse salt
  • 435 g cold water
  • 1 tbsp oil

PREPARATION

  • Put all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and knead until you get a soft, elastic and sticky dough.

  • Once the dough has formed, separate the dough in 2 and put each dough in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap in contact with the pasta. Attention it will swell!
  • Leave to rise for approximately 2 hours at room temperature.
  • At the end of this time, spread each dough on a baking sheet covered with a little flour, leaving a thickness around the edges.
  • Leave to rise for another 10 minutes.
  • Garnish and cook 9 to 10 min in an oven at 300 degrees (or at its maximum)
