PREPARATION

  • In a saucepan pour the apple-banana breakfast mix and milk.
  • Mix and bring to light boil until the mixture thickens.
  • Meanwhile in a hot pan caramelize the banana cut in 2 on both sides with 1/2 case of honey.
  • Add the hazelnuts in the hot skillet and the rest of honey on the hazelnuts.
  • Toast the hazelnuts a few minutes.
  • Serve the preparation in a bowl. Place the caramelized banana and roasted hazelnuts on the top.

  • 100 ml vegetable milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp of honey
  • 1 handful hazelnut
  • 1 square of salt and spirulina Iswari chocolate
