Vanille Kipferl
For 30 Vanille Kipferl
Preparation time: 10 min, cooking time: 15 min

- 120g soft butter
- 60g sugar
- 1/2 pack of vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g ground blanched almonds
- 100g flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 3 tbsp icing sugar or granulated sugar.

PREPARATION
- Mix the soft butter.
- Add the sagard, salt, egg and milk. Mix until obtaining a clear mixture.
- Add the vanilla extract, the almond powder, flour and baking powder.
- Mix rapidly.
- Preheat oven on 180°C.
- Fill the buttered mould with the mixture and place on a baking plate.
- Smooth with a spatula.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool in the mould for 10 minutes and take out the biscuits gently from the mould.
- Dip the biscuits still warm in the granulated sugar. If you are using icing sugar wait a bit until the biscuits are completely cold before dipping in icing sugar.
