  • 6 swiss breads
  • 12 tsp pesto rosso
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 6 slices of mozzarella
  • 12 slices of bresaola
  • Salt and pepper

PREPARATION

  • Cut breads in half.

  • Spread each side with Pesto Rosso.

  • On half of the breads:
  • Add chopped basil.

  • Add a slice of mozzarella, salt and pepper.

  • Add 2 slices of bresaola.

  • Close with second halves of bread.

  • Small sandwiches are ready to be eaten.
