- 6 swiss breads
- 12 tsp pesto rosso
- 6 basil leaves
- 6 slices of mozzarella
- 12 slices of bresaola
- Salt and pepper

- Cut breads in half.
- Spread each side with Pesto Rosso.
- On half of the breads:
- Add chopped basil.
- Add a slice of mozzarella, salt and pepper.
- Add 2 slices of bresaola.
- Close with second halves of bread.
