  • 80g sugar
  • 100g butter
  • 65ml water
  • 250g chestnut flour
  • 1 pinch of baking powder
  • 3 tbsp chocolate chips

PREPARATION

  • In a saucepan, bring to boil the sugar, with the butter and the water. Allow to cool 20 min and whisk from time to time.

  • In a bowl sieve the flour and the baking powder.
  • Stir the flour, the baking powder with the cooled liquid.
  • Add the chocolate chips.

  • Form a ball and wrap it. Place in the fridge for 2h30 to 3h.
