Chestnut biscuits with chocolate chips (GF)
For 40 biscuits
Preparation time: 15min, Time to rest: 20min + 2h30 in the fridge, Cooking time: 12min

- 80g sugar
- 100g butter
- 65ml water
- 250g chestnut flour
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 3 tbsp chocolate chips

PREPARATION
- In a saucepan, bring to boil the sugar, with the butter and the water. Allow to cool 20 min and whisk from time to time.
- In a bowl sieve the flour and the baking powder.
- Stir the flour, the baking powder with the cooled liquid.
- Add the chocolate chips.
- Form a ball and wrap it. Place in the fridge for 2h30 to 3h.
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- On a floured table, roll out the pastry.
- With a cookie cutter, cut the biscuits and lay them down on a plate covered with a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12min until golden brown.
