INGREDIENTS

  • Spring vegetables: Radish, Carrotts, Cucumber, Lettuce, Spring onion, Coriander …
  • Spring fruits: Strawberries
  • 150g de Rice
  • Soya sauce
  • Cashew nuts
  • 150g tofu

PREPARATION

  • Cook the rice.
  • Cook the diced tofu with soya sauce.
  • In a bowl, add the rice and add some soya sauce.
  • Add the grilled tofu, veggies and fruits cut in pieces, slices, dices … and add the cashew nuts.
