Power Brownie (no butter & Gluten Free)

I was looking for my new chocolate recipe that I would make with my organic chocolate partner Kaoka and I immediately thought of this delicious brownie! This brownie has the distinction of being made without butter. It is replaced by a organic apple compote or home made compote with organic apples. The brownie becomes ultra soft and the apple taste is rather subtle. To enhance the brownie I added some almonds and pistachios (still organic) lightly browned in the oven and I used a gluten free flour (also organic!). The brownie becomes ultra healthy, energetic and remains equally tasty.
Do you know why it is important to use or eat organic apples?
The apple is a fruit that has the distinction of capturing all pesticides and chemicals deposited on the skin directly to his heart and seeds. It is therefore understandable that it is not enough to peel his processed apple processed to eat a healthy and uncontaminated fruit! The same goes for the pear and peach but apple is very porous that is why it wins the podium! Eat apples! Yes but organic apples;)!
Power Brownie (no butter & Gluten Free)

- 100g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- 50g gluten free flour
- 200g Kaoka chocolate
- 150g organic apple compote with no added sugar
- 40g almonds without the skin
- 40g pistachios

PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar.
- Add flour and whisk again.
- Melt the chocolate Kaoka in the microwaves.
- Add the melted chocolate Kaoka to the previous mixture.
- Add the apple compote and whisk one more time.
- Add the pistachios and almonds previously grilled few minutes in the oven. Mix.
- Pour in a 20cm square mould and bake for 20 minutes.

The tip of a knife should come out clean.
- Cool to room temperature.
- You can store the brownie in the refrigerator, it will be better!
