Raw cacao bars
For 10 bars
Preparation time: 10 min, Refrigeration time: 1 hour minimum

- 2 cups medjool dates
- 1 cup blanched almonds
- 1/2 cup non salted cashew nuts
- 2 tbsp Iswari raw cacao
- 2 tbsp liquid vanilla
- Coating: 100g chocolate at 70%, Cacao nibs Iswari, some almonds

PREPARATION
- Put the ingredients in the bol of a mixer.
- Mix until the mixture is well agglomerated and all the ingredients roughly chopped.
- Place the mixture on a plate covered wrapping paper on 1 cm thick layer.
- Wrap and place in the fridge at least one hour.
- Take out the mixture from the fridge and cut in 10 bars of equal size.
- Place again in the fridge.
- Melt the chocolate.
- Take out the bars from the fridge and cover with the melted chocolate.
- Place some almonds and cacao nibs on the chocolate still warm and let cool in the fridge.
- Keep your bars in the fridge.
