Chocolate and oatmeal biscuits

For 16 biscuits

Preparation time: 20 min, cooking time: 10 à 15 minutes

  • 160g half-white flour
  • 40g wholemeal flour
  • 50g sugar
  • 80g butter
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp oatmeal
  • 2 pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp of raw cocoa
  • 1 tsp of baking soda

PREPARATION

  • In the bowl of a food processor, mix all the ingredients until a ball forms (the mixture can also be done by hand, you will need to sand the butter between your fingers with the sugar beforehand)
  • Take the dough out of the bowl and make a ball.
  • Spread the dough out on a floured work surface and cut out the biscuits using a round cookie cutter.
  • Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C.
