Chocolate and oatmeal biscuits

- 160g half-white flour
- 40g wholemeal flour
- 50g sugar
- 80g butter
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp oatmeal
- 2 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp of raw cocoa
- 1 tsp of baking soda

PREPARATION
- In the bowl of a food processor, mix all the ingredients until a ball forms (the mixture can also be done by hand, you will need to sand the butter between your fingers with the sugar beforehand)
- Take the dough out of the bowl and make a ball.
- Spread the dough out on a floured work surface and cut out the biscuits using a round cookie cutter.
- Place the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake for about 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees C.
