Hazelnut cookies

For 20 cookies

Preparation time : 10 min, cooking time : 15 min

  • 200g flour
  • 125g hazelnuts
  • 60g sugar
  • 1 vanilla sugar pack
  • 100g butter
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 100g chocolate chunks (not necessary)

PREPARATION

  • Melt the butter.
  • Mix the flour, coarsely chopped hazelnuts and sugar.

  • Add the melted butter.

  • Mix with a fork until obtaining a coarse sand.

  • Add the chocolate chunks.

  • Add the egg yolks and form a ball with the dough.

  • Preheat oven to 180°.
  • Roll out the dough and cut with a cookies cutter.

  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake 15mn.
  • Take out of the oven and cool completely on wire rack.
  • You can store these cookies in a metallic box for several days.
