Chocolate vegan & GF cookies

- 90g almond powder
- 90g hazelnut powder
- 80g rice flour
- 30g hazelnut oil
- 20g cacao powder KAOKA
- 50g brown sugar
- 40ml vegetal milk such as hazelnut milk
- 50g chocolate chips KAOKA

PREPARATION
- Preheat the oven to180°C.
- In a bowl mix the sugar with the flour and the cacao.
- Add the almond and hazelnut powders and mix.
- Add the oil and the milk.
- Mix with your hand or with a robot a speed 1.
- Add the chocolate chips and mix again.
- If necessary add some milk, the dough should be shaped into a ball.
- Spread the dough on 1cm.
- Cut the cookies with a cookie cutter.
- Lay down the cookies on a plate covered with baking sheet.
- Bake 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
- Let cool completely before eating.
