Chocolate vegan & GF cookies

  • 90g almond powder
  • 90g hazelnut powder
  • 80g rice flour
  • 30g hazelnut oil
  • 20g cacao powder KAOKA
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 40ml vegetal milk such as hazelnut milk
  • 50g chocolate chips KAOKA

PREPARATION

  • Preheat the oven to180°C.
  • In a bowl mix the sugar with the flour and the cacao.
  • Add the almond and hazelnut powders and mix.

  • Add the oil and the milk.
  • Mix with your hand or with a robot a speed 1.
  • Add the chocolate chips and mix again.
  • If necessary add some milk, the dough should be shaped into a ball.

  • Spread the dough on 1cm.
  • Cut the cookies with a cookie cutter.

  • Lay down the cookies on a plate covered with baking sheet.

  • Bake 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
  • Let cool completely before eating.
