Beetroot, feta and nut salad

  • 200g feta
  • 6 organic cooked beetroots
  • 100g nuts
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp red balsamic vinegar
  • chives

PREPARATION

  • Dice the beetroots and put them in a salad bowl.

  • Crumble the feta on the beetroots.

  • Cut the nut in big chunk and sprinkle on the beetroots.

  • Cut the chives on the top of the beetroots.

  • Pour the olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the beetroot salad. Add salt and pepper.
  • Reserve in the fridge until serving.
