Beetroot, feta and nut salad

- 200g feta
- 6 organic cooked beetroots
- 100g nuts
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp red balsamic vinegar
- chives

PREPARATION
- Dice the beetroots and put them in a salad bowl.
- Crumble the feta on the beetroots.
- Cut the nut in big chunk and sprinkle on the beetroots.
- Cut the chives on the top of the beetroots.
- Pour the olive oil and balsamic vinegar on the beetroot salad. Add salt and pepper.
- Reserve in the fridge until serving.
