Small chocolate fondant (without butter)
For 12 fondants
Preparation time: 10 min , Cooking time: 20 min

- 300g chocolate
- 6 eggs
- 4,5 tbsp flour
- 100g sugar
- 225g organic apple sauce without sugar
- 12 squares of chocolate

PREPARATION
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Melt the chocolate using a water bath.
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar
- Add the chocolate and the apple sauce and mix.
- Add the flour and mix.
- Pour into greased muffin mould.
- Add a square of chocolate in each muffin.
- Bake for 20 min.
- Let cool and take out of the mould.
