Berry Oats Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats + additional oats for garnish
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup vanilla yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup ice cubes

  • Place all of the ingredients in a blender.
