Chocolate fondant with light cream

For a cake Preparation time: 15 min, cooking time: 30 to 35 min

Ingrédients

  • 250 g of dark chocolate
  • 250 g light liquid cream
  • 5 eggs
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 90 g flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a bain marie.
  3. Add the liquid cream to the melted chocolate and mix until a smooth mixture is obtained.
  4. Beat the eggs with the sugar.
  5. Add the flour, the chocolate / cream mixture and mix.
  6. Butter a cake mold or a missing mold and pour the preparation into it.
  7. Bake and cook for 30 to 35 minutes.
  8. Watch the cooking for the last 10 minutes. The tip of a knife should come out almost clean.
  9. Unmould when the cake has cooled completely.
