Put the ingredients in the bol of a mixer.

Mix until the mixture is well agglomerated and all the ingredients roughly chopped.

Place the mixture on a plate covered wrapping paper on 1 cm thick layer.

Wrap and place in the fridge at least one hour.

Take out the mixture from the fridge and cut in 10 bars of equal size.

Place again in the fridge.

Melt the chocolate.

Take out the bars from the fridge and cover with the melted chocolate.

Place some almonds and cacao nibs on the chocolate still warm and let cool in the fridge.

Keep your bars in the fridge.
