No gluten Chocolate cake without butter

For 6 large slices Preparation time: 10 min, cooking time: 25 min

Ingrédients

  • 200 g chocolate at 70% cacao
  • 2 eggs
  • 80 g sugar
  • 90 g powder of hazelnuts
  • 90 g apple sauce / apple compote
  • 1/2 baking powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Melt the chocolate in bain marie.
  3. In a bowl, stir the eggs with sugar.
  4. Add the powder of hazelnuts, the apple compote and the baking powder. Stir together.
  5. Add the melted chocolate and mix.
  6. Pour in a baking dish covered with a baking paper and bake for 25 minutes.
